Who We Are

Green Dada Foundation is a women-led community organization focused on restoring degraded land, growing trees, and uplifting rural communities in Kenya. Founded in 2025 and based in Mihang'o, Nairobi, we are launching our first nursery project in Kisumu.

Our Mission

To regenerate ecosystems, strengthen food security, and create sustainable jobs through tree planting, education, and environmental restoration.

Our Story

Green Dada was born out of the simple belief that land restoration begins with people. Our name means "Green Sister" – a symbol of resilience, care, and rooted strength. We've seen firsthand how degraded lands destroy livelihoods. This is our response: community-led nurseries, grown with love and compost.
